Our webshop is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform through which we sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 18 – RETURN POLICY
We follow the following return timelines, subject to the conditions in our Return Policy:
- The customer has at least 14 days to submit a return request.
- After submission, the customer has at least another 14 days to actually return the product.
- After submission, you have a maximum of 14 days to receive the refund.
Note: Inspect your Windgoo bike thoroughly upon receipt before use. Check the brakes, saddle, and stand. If you find any defects, do NOT use the bike and contact us within 48 hours.
SECTION 19 – DISPUTES
Agreements between the company and the consumer to which these terms apply are governed exclusively by Dutch law, even if the consumer resides abroad.
