Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can submit a return request as long as you contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. You can do this by filling out our return form.

Customer-Initiated Returns

At Windgoo, we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and specifications so that our customers can make informed choices. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet expectations due to personal preferences.

For returns or exchanges initiated due to customer preference (e.g., size, color, or model suitability) and not due to a product defect, the following conditions apply:

• Eligibility: The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and any additional costs incurred for exchanging or reshipping a new product.
• Restocking Fees: Restocking fees may apply for exchanges or returns due to customer preference.
• Exchange Costs: Any price differences between exchanged items and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To ensure the right choice, we recommend that customers carefully review the detailed product descriptions, including size and suitability guidelines, on our website before making a purchase.

Return Policy
• Items returned without an approved return request will not be accepted.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the product.
• If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned along with all included accessories and – where reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging. If the product or packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for this depreciation. Therefore, handle the product carefully and ensure it is well-packaged when returning.

Note: Inspect your Windgoo bike thoroughly upon receipt before use. Check the brakes, saddle, and stand. If any defects are found, do NOT use the bike and contact us within 48 hours here.

General Return Process
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. The full order amount, including shipping costs, will then be refunded. Only the costs of returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package; please check your carrier's website for exact rates.

To exercise this right, you can contact us via contact@windgoofun.com. We will refund the due amount within 14 days of notification of your return, provided the product has been returned in good condition.

Refunds
• Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 2-3 business days via the original payment method.
• If you do not receive your refund within 2-3 business days, first check your bank account. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time for a refund to be officially posted. If you have checked and still have not received the refund, contact us via contact@windgoofun.com.

Note: We do not reimburse the original shipping costs.

Order Cancellation
• We can cancel the order for you if you contact us promptly after purchase. If your payment has been completed and the package has not yet been shipped, you can cancel the order before the item is shipped. We will fully refund the purchase amount. Contact us quickly via contact@windgoofun.com.
• Orders cannot be canceled once the package has been shipped.
