Theft:
No coverage – theft of the e-bike is not covered by the warranty.
Legal compliance:
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. You can expect a proper product; the
duration of these rights depends on the product and usage.
Delivery of the bicycle:
You bring the bicycle to our shop; the bicycle must to be delivered clean.
Repairs free of charge:
Repairs are free of charge if you bring your bike to our shop in Hoofddorp.
Display:
24-month commercial warranty on manufacturing defects. Damage due to impact, water, or misuse is excluded. The display/control panel is not covered by the extended warranty.
Accidents:
Damage due to falls, collisions or misuse will not be reimbursed.
Frame:
2 year warranty on the frame.
Location of handling:
All repairs for customers in Amsterdam are carried out in Hoofddorp.
Manual Exclusions:
Damage caused by failure to follow the instructions in the manual is not covered by the warranty.
Submit a warranty claim:
Submit a claim using the warranty form . You can also schedule an appointment by emailing contact@windgoofun.com and bringing your bike to the Hoofddorp store for assessment.
Free services:
The first three warranty repairs are free. From the fourth repair onward, a charge may apply.
